Teddies Tales

The Club invited Association President's Teddy up to Stirling in January - where she was taken on a tour of local touist attractions and entertained to a Burns Lunch by members of the club. 

This will hopefully feature in Betty's Blog for February

In November, the Club collected 216 gifts from members for distribution to less fortunate local children

The gifts were presented to Sandy Reynolds, Salvation Army Territorial Envoy by

Vice Chairman Marjorie Duncan  and Anne Rankin, Community Services Convenor

 

Lesley's Gala Lunch - 13th October 2021

Having been twice denied a face to face District Rally,  the club hosted a Gala Lunch in honour of

Past District Chairman Lesley Niven  in the Inglewood Hotel.

During the afternoon a Certificate was presented to club member Mary Scobie for 50 years of Inner Wheel Service

Fabulous display of the painted stones produced by members for patients at local hospitals as part of the Forth Valley Comfort Stones Project 

CHOCOHOLICS DELIGHT!

Over 300 chocolate Easter eggs were collected by club members and handed over to the Salvation Army in Stirling to distribute to children living in poverty and senior citizens in care homes.  President Judy Richardson and Margaret Sutton were on hand to deliver the eggs.  

   

           Chairman Judy Richardson and Community Service Convenor, Anne Rankin delivered over 150 wrapped Christmas gifts                         to the Salvation Army  in Stirling to be distributed to local children.   

         Past District Chairman Marjorie Duncan (pink bobble hat) undertook a 10k walk in aid of Shelter in December.  She was encouraged and supported all along the way by other club members
